I write these words not as an authority, but as an opinionated WitchWoman who has been in love with pixels for a few years. Art (in which I am including webpage design) is an act of Creation and of Magic, there are no rules !

My opinions are just that. They may change over time, they may fly in the face of what wiser folks believe, they may be just plain WRONG. So I encourage anyone who happens upon this section to please also visit The Pagan WebCrafters Association website linked above. There are many experienced Crafters participating in the creation of the PWA, you would be wise to consider their opinions when you are forming your own.
